Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom and personalised items may require additional time depending on the complexity of the order. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once your order is ready for dispatch.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the UAE. Delivery is available to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
  • Bulk/Wholesale Orders: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (Eid, weddings season, public holidays).

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free delivery — check our current promotions for details.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can also log in to your account and view your order status under My Orders.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
