2. Products & Orders

• • All products are handcrafted and subject to availability.
• • Product colours and designs may vary slightly from photos due to the handmade nature of our items.
• • We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock or if fraudulent activity is detected.
• • Order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp after payment is verified.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept online payment methods as listed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Returns

• • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started.
• • Personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable once production begins.
• • Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost — contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, logos, and text — is the property of An Craftin. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

An Craftin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
